Kick off call
Before formalizing our collaboration, we'll have a brief 30-minute conversation to delve into your brand and identify areas where I can provide the most value. This discussion will help us outline the project's scope, deliverables, timeline, and budget.
Project proposal
Based on insights from our initial call, I'll craft a tailored project proposal presenting various options. This document will detail the project schedule, specific deliverables, and associated costs for each option.
Agreement
Once you've chosen your preferred option, I'll forward the contract, a detailed questionnaire, and an invoice for a 50% deposit of the total project fee. Additionally, I'll guide you in assembling a project moodboard, complete with examples for reference. Upon receiving the deposit, our project will be secured for the agreed-upon start date.
Delivery & handover
After finalizing and approving all deliverables, I'll issue the final invoice for the remaining project fee. Upon payment, you'll receive all assets organized in a user-friendly folder system. With everything in hand, you're ready to implement our creations and make a significant impact in your industry!

Research & discovery
With your brief and moodboard in hand, I'll conduct an in-depth analysis along with market and audience research to uncover key insights that will guide our design direction.
Design direction
Based on the research, I'll develop at least two design directions aligned with your brief. These will include logo samples, color schemes, typography, and more, presented cohesively. You'll receive the presentation deck to facilitate your feedback.
Initial ideas
After selecting a design direction, I'll create various logo concepts to explore different possibilities. We'll focus on refining the most promising ones.
Idea development
The strongest concepts will be refined further with colors, typography, and patterns to bring the best solution to life based on your brief.
Design presentation
Once the design work is complete, I'll present each decision and its rationale, showing mockups to help you visualize how the designs work in real-world applications.
Final or feedback
You'll review the presentation and share your feedback. I'll incorporate revisions as needed until the final deliverables are approved and ready for handover.
